I'm pleased with the 150 dose for me. I have to watch that my blood pressure doesn't go too low afterward. It can have some GI issues later but the benefits outweigh the side effects. Generally better for me 30-60 minutes before activity.

Product works with stimulation. Delivers a subtle form of control more like you’re back into the game to participate. Headache follows after use. Shipping cost is equivalent to the product. A bit expensive for shipping especially for the amount of time it take to receive.
